The Jose Family Have Been Baking for Over 200 years

The Bakehouse in Brockenhurst is owned and run by master baker Steve Jose, who understands the need for traditional baking methods to keep the same great tasting products that the Jose family have always produced.  From the early days when the bread was delivered by horse and cart, the Jose family has had traditional baking in their blood. 

The Bakehouse is still a family run business, With Steve Jose being joined in the Bakery by his Son James and Daughter Nicola.  Steve also benefits from another master baker in the family, with Steve White baking from the early hours to make sure they have fresh bread from the moment the door is opened.

Traditional Baking Skills Have Been Passed Down from Generation to Generation
